organization of all events and their schedules. This dashboard enables enevt coordination and managment, improving effciency from small meeting to
large- scale conferences, the event manager dashboard provides a central hub where event managers can monitor
all event related task, participants and resourcec in real time
Solution
The dashboard enables seamless communication and collaboration between event managers, clients, suppliers and team members it includes messaging, task assignments and status updates features to keep everyone on the same page, provides tools to effectively manage event resources. Event manssgers can track venue availabilty
Problem
- Event managers are often dealing with multiple events at the same time, making it challenging to keep track of event details, schedules, and resources.
- Effective allocation and management of event resources, such as venues, equipment and staff,
is critical to the successful execution of the event. - Tracking event budgets and expenses can be challenging. The dashboard combines financial tracking and reporting functionality

I started researchin with event and party managers to really know what thier pain points are and how they are reflected in their audience in amount
of tickets and understand how to deal with a load and what tools they have
